Effective, Monday, October 24, 2011, David Rauch, the current Manufacturing Manager of the Baron-Blakeslee SFC facility in Williamstown, WV ( Marietta, OH ) will assume the responsibilities of General Manager of Baron-Blakeslee SFC, Inc. He will replace the previous General Manager/COO, Silvio J. Pioli, who was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Service Filtration Corporation on September 1, 2011.  

Baron-Blakeslee SFC, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Service Filtration Corporation. Baron-Blakeslee is a leader in the critical cleaning industry. They design and manufacture standard and custom industrial, precision cleaning equipment for solvent vapor degreasing, co-solvent cleaning, aqueous & semi-aqueous cleaning, and parts cleaning. For over seventy-five years, Baron-Blakeslee, has been the benchmark for comparison in the cleaning equipment industry. Markets served include aerospace, automotive, marine, military, medical, optics, electronics, and metal finishing.

Charleston, West Virginia

Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin of West Virginia presented the Governor's Commendation Award for International Exporting to representatives of forty-nine WV businesses today. The awards were presented during a ceremony at the State Capital Building sponsored by the WV Department of Commerce, the WV Export Council, and the WV Development Office.

Among the companies receiving an award for exporting was Baron-Blakeslee SFC, Inc., located in Williamstown, WV. Baron-Blakeslee is a wholly owned subsidiary of Service Filtration Corporation. The 42,000 sq. ft. facility in Wood County, WV manufactures proprietary industrial cleaning equipment for solvent, aqueous and semi-aqueous parts cleaning. Products produced at this plant have been exported to China, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Germany, Israel and elsewhere in the world.

David Rauch, Manufacturing Manager of Baron-Blakeslee, accepted the award on behalf of the ownership, management and employees of the company.

Baron-Blakeslee SFC, Inc., Northbrook, IL and Unique Equipment Corporation, Montrose, CA have entered into an Exclusive License Agreement in which Baron-Blakeslee will manufacture and sell the highly regarded Lab-Kleen Precision Bench Top Vapor Degreasers.

Mr. Art Gillman of Unique Equipment and Mr. Silvio Pioli of Baron-Blakeslee have announced today that they have signed an exclusive agreement in which the Unique Lab-Kleen Line of precision, self-contained, bench top, ultrasonic vapor degreasers will be manufactured and sold by Baron-Blakeslee SFC, Inc.

LK-612 TankThe Lab-Kleen systems are highly reliable, laboratory scale, fully self-contained, ultrasonic vapor degreasers that are typically used for research & development and limited scale processing of small parts. They are often placed in laboratory or clean room environments. Solvent capacity is in the 3 - 5 gallon range. These units are NESHAP exempt and are designed for low emission operation.

This addition to the Baron-Blakeslee Vapor Degreasing offering fills the need for smaller cleaning requirements. Baron-Blakeslee is the only provider that offers a full range of standard and custom cleaning systems from 3 gallon to 20,000 gallon capacity and total in-house engineering, manufacturing, installation, training and service.

All manufacturing is performed in the Baron-Blakeslee facility in Williamstown, WV.
