JULY 1, 2009 NEWS RELEASE: BARON-BLAKESLEE ACQUIRED BY SERVICE FILTRATION CORPORATION

Enviro Tech International, Inc. has signed an agreement with Service Filtration Corporation to sell all assets of their Baron-Blakeslee Equipment Division located in Williamstown, WV.

Baron-Blakeslee has been the leading manufacturer of solvent vapor degreasing systems for the past 75 years. Their innovative technology, efficient design and robust construction have been legendary in the industry. While there are several competitors, Baron-Blakeslee remains the only significant U.S. vapor degreaser manufacturer that offers a full range of standard to custom systems with total in-house design, engineering, manufacturing and service.

Under the new ownership, Baron-Blakeslee will expand it's involvement in the cleaning industry by manufacturing standard and custom aqueous and semi-aqueous cleaning systems.

While the corporate headquarters of the Baron-Blakeslee SFC, Inc. will be located at the Service Filtration Corporation building in Northbrook, IL, manufacturing will remain at the 41,000 sq. ft. plant in Williamstown, WV. Silvio J. Pioli, with many years experience in the industry, will head the company as General Manager/COO.
