Baron Blakeslee offers a variety of standard and custom Drum Washer designs. Drum Washers are ideal for continuous feed of material through an automated cleaning process. Drum Washers are available with electric, gas or steam heat. Drum Washers are available to suit any capacity requirement from small volumes to very large volumes. Integrated washing, rinsing and drying of product is easily accomplished in a Drum Washer for parts of high geometry, or parts that are otherwise difficult to clean due to blind holes, etc.

Drum Washes are ideally suited to metals recycling applications such as the cleaning of metal chips and turnings prior to subsequent processes such as re-melting. Cleaning in a Drum Washer can provide metal chips & turnings in a high state of purity that minimizes carbon content and other impurities in the remelting process. Metals such as aluminum, titanium, and high nickel aerospace alloys such as Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy and others may be recycled in this process. Exotic metals such as beryllium and zirconium may also be processed in Drum Washers.
