Vibra Degreasers:

These specialized vapor degreasing systems are ideally suited to thoroughly clean small complex parts in a high volume continuous feed process. Baskets, pans or trays are not required as the vibratory spiral material handling system automatically and continuously feeds product through the Vibra degreaser. Vibra degreasers are uniquely suited for the cleaning of chips & turnings of high value metals such as titanium or high nickel alloys. The cleaning of metal chips & turnings of this type reduces organic residues that can cause carbon contamination when the metals are remelted in recycling processes, which reduces value of the metals.
